Clear and Insightful
This course explains how Ayn Rand's theory of Motivation by Fear vs Motivation by Love can be concretely applied to one's own thinking. The presentation is easy to understand and Miss Moroney's insights were totally new to me.

There are two lectures, each about an hour long. The first is theoretical, the second is a step by step guided exercise in applying the theory.

I would recommend this to anyone who is having trouble getting motivated. I would also recommend it as an aid to anyone with a deeper psychological problem like depression or anxiety. I say this because the lectures provide a means of communicating with oneself and examining oneself honestly and sympathetically, while also providing a means of reframing conflicts and obstacles in terms of value-achievement and the weighing of priorities. In this last sense it is an exploration of and object lesson in what Ayn Rand called "teleological measurement."
