Aligning Your Subconscious Values with Your Conscious Convictions
After discovering Objectivism, you may find that ideas you have consciously rejected linger subconsciously. The wrong ideas remain tied to your subconscious value-hierarchy as “old baggage,” which can sap motivation, trigger conflict and create unnecessary suffering. This class offers practical steps to realign your subconscious values with your conscious convictions. These processes reprogram your subconscious value-hierarchy to operate on “motivation by love” rather than “motivation by fear.”

Fueling Achievement with Objectivist Values
In a gray culture, it’s easy to become discouraged about achieving goals. You don’t get the emotional fuel that would otherwise inspire you. One way to fill this void is to integrate your real-life goals with your deep commitment to Objectivism. This workshop teaches a process for this, which includes analyzing motivation, reinforcing rational values and cleansing self-defeating “old baggage.” Bring a current goal to think about. More than half our time will be spent in individual exercises.
